Church of God New Zealand is a growing, Christ-centred community committed to seeing people encounter God, build strong foundations in their faith, and live with purpose.
We are currently planted in two locations; Oamaru and Christchurch, where we gather weekly to worship, pray, and grow together.
Our heart is simple: to create a place where people can belong, be discipled, and experience the life-changing power of Jesus.
We believe church is not just a service, but a community, one that walks together through every season of life.
Meet our Pastors
PASTORS EUGEN & ESTHER
Pastors Eugen and Esther lead Church of God New Zealand with a deep conviction to follow God’s call and a genuine love for people. Their journey into ministry has been marked by faith, sacrifice, and obedience.
After years of serving in ministry overseas, they stepped out to pioneer the work of Church of God in New Zealand, establishing a church in Oamaru and later planting a second location in Christchurch.
Every week, they faithfully serve both communities, leading services, discipling people, and building a strong foundation for the church to grow.
Their passion is to see lives transformed by the power of God, especially among young people, and to raise a generation that knows God personally and walks in purpose.
Through initiatives like youth outreach and community engagement, they continue to create spaces where people can encounter hope, healing, and truth.

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and our foundation for truth.
